Medhaksh Reach ("we", "us") provides a platform that lets shop owners ("merchants") send WhatsApp messages to their own customers ("contacts") using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.

What we collect

Shop owner account details (name, email, business information) and contact lists that shop owners upload for their own customers, including names and phone numbers.

How we use it

Solely to operate the messaging platform: authenticating shop owners, sending WhatsApp campaigns on their behalf, and reporting delivery status back to the shop owner.

Consent and opt-out

Shop owners are responsible for ensuring their contacts have opted in to receive messages. Any contact can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message, or by the shop owner removing them from their contact list.

Data sharing

We share message content with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform as required to deliver messages. We do not sell contact data to third parties.

Data retention

Contact and message data is retained as long as the shop owner's account is active, or as required by applicable law. Shop owners can request deletion of their data at any time.
